Philosophy
▪︎ The program aims to provide an education that produces well-rounded individuals, proficient in both theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence. Graduates will be able to apply their knowledge appropriately and contribute to research and innovation in society and the industrial sector. They will possess analytical and systematic thinking skills, continuously seek knowledge, and demonstrate diligence and patience in their work. Furthermore, graduates will uphold high standards of morality and ethics.

Program Education Objectives
1) Students possess knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence engineering applicable to both industrial and service sectors.
2) Students are equipped with entrepreneurial skills and the ability to create and utilize artificial intelligence technology and innovations for production, service, management, and marketing.
3) Students can effectively integrate their knowledge of artificial intelligence engineering with entrepreneurial activities.
Program Learning Outcomes
▪︎ PLO 1 Students will be able to implement the business by using the integration of business knowledge such as finance, accounting, marketing, selling, negotiation to manage their business regarding to current and future situation.

Direct Admission Application Requirements
▪︎ The application process is conducted in accordance with KMITL’s guidelines, and also rules and regulations.
1. Educational background (Required)
▪︎ The applicant must satisfy at least one of the following requirements:
1) Graduated from or currently studying in Matthayom 6 (Thailand’s Education System).
2) Graduated with qualifications equivalent to Matthayom 6, as recognized by the Ministry of Education. (Note that Applicants with this education background are requested to contact the SIIE office for further information.)
3) Graduated from or currently enrolled in an accredited college or higher education institution in Thailand or abroad.
Remark: All applicants must submit an official final transcript, along with their official high school diploma and/or certificates of completion from their school, prior to the commencement of the Academic Year 2025.
2. Academics Record (Optional)
▪︎ The applicant should submit at least one of the following standardized test results and obtain a score which meet the minimum requirements as specified below:
▪︎ Remark: * The applicants for Financial Engineering and Software Engineering are required to meet one of these additional requirements.
– SAT or GSAT Math score of 600 or above
– or ACT Math score of 23 or above
– or IB Diploma score for a subject in Mathematics with a score of 5 or above
– or AP test for a subject in Mathematics with a score of 4 or above
– or A-Level or AS-Level for a subject in Mathematics with grade B or above
– or A-Level Mathematics 1 (TCAS) with a score of 30 or above
– or Cumulative GPA of all Math subjects in high school at least 3 out of 4 (or equivalent)
– or National Standardized Test Score in Mathematic Subject of 75% or above
3. Language Requirement (for non-native English speakers) (Optional)
▪︎ The applicant should submit at least one of the following English Proficiency Test scores, meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements specified below:
▪︎ Remark:
1. Applicants who achieve an English proficiency score that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements may be admitted unconditionally. (The provided test score must not be more than two years old.)
2. Applicants who fail to submit any English proficiency test score or have a score below the minimum score specified above can be conditionally admitted by enrolling in additional General Education English courses at KMITL during their first academic year.
4. Personal Statement (Optional)
▪︎ The applicant should write an essay (500 words or below) that provides insight into the reasons for pursing a degree program, including long term goals, motivation, and commitment, and also demonstrates your ability to communicate your thoughts systematically.
5 Two Recommendation Letters (Optional)
▪︎ The applicant should provide two recommendation letters written by your high school academic advisors or teachers of any subject in high school.
Direct Admission Application Submission

Step 2: Applicants must print the payment slip and deposit a non-refundable application fee of 1,000 baht at any Kasikorn Bank (KBank) counter (with an additional 10-baht fee) or scanning the barcode via any mobile Banking application (free of charge).
Remark: The applicant is responsible for any additional transaction fees incurred by financial institutions. Please be notified that the application fee is non–refundable. Eligibility for an interview will be informed to the applicant after the review of the application form and supporting documents is completed by the admission committees. The specific timing of the interview will be announced at a later date via the registrar website and the SIIE official Facebook page.
Step 3: Applicants must upload your application form and all supporting documents as specified below in one pdf file (no larger than 4MB) to the online application system.
